Looking for a recipe that is quick, simple, and perfect for Taco Tuesdays? Well, these Mexi-Chicken Wonton Cups have got you covered. This dinner recipe takes less than 30 minutes to assemble with only 12 minutes in the oven! Our layered wonton taco cups filled with cheese, chicken, and salsa will soon be a fan favorite in your family. They are bite-sized and customizable, making dinner fun and interactive!

This recipe requires very little preparation and kids can easily get involved to help with the assembly of these yummy taco cups. After sauteing the ground chicken breast with salsa, all you need to do is assemble the cups. Buying ready-to-go wonton wrappers makes construction effortless and when in the oven, they crisp up and gain a delicious golden-brown color.

What I love about this Mexi-Chicken Wonton Cups recipe is that it tastes great as it is but is even tastier with toppings! We love using avocado, Greek yogurt (for a high-protein alternative to sour cream), and cilantro, but the toppings are endless. Salsa, roasted bell peppers, tomatoes, and corn are also great options as well. Pair the taco cups with a side of beans or Mexican rice and you have a healthy and balanced meal ready to go for Taco Tuesday!
