Sometimes it’s all about the presentation! I have served chicken tacos before, but when I made them in these easy-to-eat wonton wrappers, my family gobbled them up. Not only were these bite-sized tacos easier to eat, their new “look” peaked my family’s appetite interest. Here I used chicken, but this recipe could be easily modified to meet your family’s food preferences. For example, vegetarian in the family? Sub in tempeh or black beans for ground chicken.

Other great combinations for these wonton wrapper cups include:

    • Egg and cheese
    • Roasted vegetables and avocado
    • Tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and mushrooms
    • Peanut butter and banana
    • Apples and cinnamon
