Fill out the inquiry form and someone from our team will reach out via email to complete your order.

Once your order is confirmed, a genetic testing kit will be sent to your house with instructions for collecting your DNA sample. Three to four weeks after submitting your sample, you will receive your results and we will contact you to set up a consultation for you to review your results with a dietitian on our team.
