Weight loss consultations include a complete review of your health and weight history, detailed understanding of your health habits, and conversations to help your dietitian develop individualized initial strategies for your long-term weight loss success. You will leave your initial appointment with a clear understanding of next steps, weight loss strategies tailored to your needs, and collaborative understanding of how you’ll monitor your progress.

Take Personalization to the Next Level. Let’s be clear, you can expect recommendations towards your weight loss journey to be 100% personalized to you, but if you’re wanting additional information/customization, you might consider our: 

  • Resting metabolic rate test  (RMR) in conjunction with your weight loss package. If you’re into data or curious about how fast or slow your metabolism is running, this 10 minute test can provide that number. 
  • Diet by DNA. Our genetic testing services offer you insights based on YOUR DNA regarding how your body responds to different weight loss approaches, exercise programs and micronutrient needs. When you and your RD know your genetic tendencies, this unique information takes personalization to the next level guiding your weight loss approach. 
  • Weekly meal plan. Yes! In your initial consultation, your dietitian will guide you to the best foods and dietary patterns for both health and weight loss. But, if you want week by week meal plan assistance to take 100% of the menu planning off your hands, we can do that. Learn about our weekly meal planning offerings here. 

Weight loss success is improved with the frequency of contacts with your dietitian. Follow-up sessions can be in person, via phone or virtually, in the comfort of your own home.
