Everyone loves a “best of” list, and this year’s ALDI Fan Favorites survey proves that ALDI fans love ALDI-exclusive foods and beverages (and, in some cases, “better than household name brands!)” ALDI followers, like myself, are loyal for many reasons. You can count on quality, affordability, and an investment in your health and safety. Every time I shop at ALDI, I’ve noted a combination of store cleanliness and use of protective measures by staff and customers. It’s consistent care and attention.

So, What is the Fan Favorites Survey?
The Fan Favorites survey asked shoppers to pick their most-loved products across the store, ranging from produce to cheese to wine or beer. The response to the 2020 ALDI Fan Favorites survey was simply incredible — more than 177,000 people voted for their favorite ALDI product. Fan participation in this year’s survey offers more proof that shoppers love ALDI-exclusive products and are passionate about sharing ALDI love.
Shoppers can find Fan Favorites by looking for the blue heart logo next to the winning products in stores.
My ALDI Favorites on the List!
Cheese: Emporium Selection Crumbles (varieties include Blue Cheese and Feta) ALDI has a robust selection of high-quality and award-winning cheeses perfect for entertaining, as mouth-watering cooking ingredients and as everyday fridge must-haves. The Emporium Selection Crumbles are definitely a can’t-live-without favorite, as they’re a delicious topping to any meal.
Fruit: Avocados. ALDI is known for its large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, including many organic options. The best thing about ALDI produce is that it’s delivered fresh, daily to all stores. The Fan Favorites winner avocados are definitely a produce item that I pick up on every shopping trip because you cannot beat the price.
Vegetarian/vegan: Earth Grown Veggie Burgers (varieties include Black Bean Chipotle or Veggie) Earth Grown is one of the newer ALDI product lines, added to meet customers’ growing demand for more vegetarian and vegan items. The line features more than a dozen products, but ALDI fans agree the Veggie Burgers are one of their favorites. This item was also voted a 2019 winner!
Kids: Happy Farms String Cheese. ALDI offers grade A back-to-school essentials at prices you’ll love, including the perfect snack for kid lunches (or for adults to enjoy while making kid lunches), Happy Farms String Cheese.
Alcohol: Winking Owl (varieties include cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, merlot, moscato, pinot grigio, sangria, sauvignon blanc, shiraz, sweet red, white zinfandel) ALDI sells award-winning wines at great prices, many of which are under $10. Winking Owl is a cult favorite and at less than $3 a bottle, such a bargain! Wine Enthusiast also named ALDI a winner in the Value-Driven category of its America’s 50 Best Wine Retailers of 2020.
