This honey garlic roasted shrimp recipe is in honor of my sous chef, Chef Jack. He loves shrimp. And, the other night I grilled some shrimp and tossed it in an herb yogurt sauce. Well, I guess that ruined it for him. So, I promised him a re-do, and this is the recipe. He loves the combination of sweet and salty. But, as any good sous chef knows, he has to balance out the honey and soy with something fresh and herbaceous – hence the addition of lemon and garlic. We found this honey garlic roasted shrimp to be the perfection combination, and we hope you feel the same way!
