Hi there – I’m Jennifer!
Hi, I’m Jennifer McDaniel—registered dietitian, founder of McDaniel Nutrition, mom of three, and someone who believes health is about so much more than what’s on your plate.
I started this practice to offer personalized, compassionate nutrition care—and I’m so proud of the team we’ve built. Our dietitians bring incredible expertise and heart to their work, helping clients navigate everything from gut health to sports performance to hormonal shifts. I continue to see clients for nutrition counseling too, and I love being part of this collaborative, values-driven team.
In recent years, I’ve also expanded my work to include wellness coaching—supporting clients who want to explore the deeper emotional and mindset patterns tied to health and behavior. It’s a natural extension of my work as a dietitian, shaped by additional training and my own personal growth journey.
