A Feldenkrais Class with Sandy Weiss

Day & Time:
Thursday, December 11 at 7:00pm

Where:
3518 Greenwood Boulevard
Maplewood, MO 63143

A gentle evening of mindful movement with Sandy Weiss exploring the Feldenkrais Method: move with ease, curiosity, and connection.

Join Sober Sisters in St. Louis for a gentle, restorative evening of mindful movement with Sandy Weiss of Mind-Body Science Works.

This session introduces the Feldenkrais Method®, a practice that uses slow, intentional movement to help you move with more ease, reduce tension, and reconnect with yourself. Think of it as meditation in motion, no yoga experience or flexibility required.

During the class, Sandy will guide you through small, comfortable movements designed to improve awareness, coordination, and relaxation. You’ll leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more connected to your body’s natural rhythm.

What to expect:

  • A calm, welcoming space — no pressure, no perfection
  • A guided movement experience suitable for all bodies
  • Connection with a like-minded community of women exploring mindful, alcohol-free living
  • Time for quiet reflection and conversation afterward

Bring yourself, your curiosity, and maybe a cozy layer for comfort. Come as you are and discover what it feels like to “try it this way.”
