About Me
Hi, I’m Jennifer McDaniel, an alcohol-free woman, wife, mom, friend and dietitian. While I’m not a therapist, I’ll be facilitating this book club with open conversations, reflection, and support. My goal is to create a safe space for everyone to engage with Uncorked Perspectives and find what resonates with their own journey.
Menopause STRONG
The Menopause STRONG program is kicking off with a webinar on Tuesday October 29th at 6:30pm cst featuring: pelvic health expert, Dr. Brooke Kalisiak and our own nationally recognized dietitian, Jennifer McDaniel.
In this informative session, Dr. Kalisiak will discuss common pelvic health issues that women face during menopause, such as bladder leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, and painful sex.
