Optimize Your Metabolism
At McDaniel Nutrition, we believe every body is unique, and understanding how your body functions on a deeper level is key to creating a personalized nutrition plan. Standardized calculations can be a helpful starting point, but they don’t always tell the full story. That’s where our Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test comes in.
Using the BodyGem equipment, we’ll measure your resting metabolic rate through a simple, non-invasive breath test. This provides an accurate snapshot of how many calories your body burns at rest, giving us a deeper insight into your metabolism.
What to Expect From Your RMR Analysis:
- Your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) value
- Total Daily Calories based on your RMR and activity and exercise calories
- A comparison of your metabolic rate to others of the same age and gender, helping you understand whether your metabolism is within a typical range
RMR Testing – $110
