I’m so glad you’re here!
Over the past few years, I’ve discovered that real transformation happens when we move beyond what to eat and explore how we think, what we believe, and how we relate to stress and ourselves.
As a dietitian and whole-person guide, I help clients break free from unwanted habits, anxious thoughts, and overthinking—without relying on willpower or pushing harder. This approach comes from my own coaching journey and formal training with a change coach and psychologist.
This work has brought me peace, clarity, and contentment, and I love bringing these insights to my clients. While nutrition is always part of our conversations, we also dive into relationships, emotions, identity, and what wellness means on a deeper level.
I usually meet with clients every other week—just like I do with my own coach. Even on the quieter days, something meaningful unfolds.

Each client journey is unique, but some common themes are:
