Lemon Goat Cheese Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 c. canned chickpeas
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 34 cloves garlic
  • 2 T. tahini paste
  • 2 oz. honey goat cheese
  • Juice from 1 large lemon
  • 1 t. cumin powder
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • Water, if needed

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until very smooth.
  2. You can add water or more olive oil water as needed to reach your desired consistency!
