- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3–4 cloves garlic
- 2 T. tahini paste
- 2 oz. honey goat cheese
- Juice from 1 large lemon
- 1 t. cumin powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- Water, if needed
Instructions

In a food processor or high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until very smooth.

You can add water or more olive oil water as needed to reach your desired consistency!
