Ingredients
- Whole wheat tortilla
- Apple, sliced or diced
- Peanut or almond butter*
- Cinnamon
- Optional: hemp, chia, or sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Spread peanut butter across most of the tortilla.
- Place sliced or diced apples on the peanut butter.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and seed(s) (if using).
- Roll it up and enjoy!**
Notes
*Use sunflower seed butter in lieu of nut butter for nut allergies.
