Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Prairie Farms Lactose-Free Cottage Cheese
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 T. finely chopped herbs of choice (I like basil or parsley, or both!)
- 1 t. Garlic chili oil (such as Trader Joe’s)
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, add cottage cheese and hard-boiled eggs. Using a fork, break up hard-boiled eggs into cottage cheese.
2. Add chopped herbs and chili oil to cottage cheese mixture and combine.
3. Serve on toast, wrap or salad.
