Double-Chocolate Nice Cream

Ingredients

Scale
  • 45 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 c. dark chocolate chips, melted with 2 T. milk
  • 1/8 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 c. milk (use more if needed) during processing

Instructions

  1. Using a high-speed blender or food processor, blend all ingredients except for milk.
  2. You will blend nice cream for 3-5 minutes depending on the degree of banana “frozen-ness.”
  3. Add milk as necessary to assist with blending.
