Ingredients
Scale
- 3 c. instant rolled oats (you could also used Old Fashioned)
- 3/4 c. nut butter (or sunflower seed butter if nut allergies)
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 1/2 c. dark chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 2 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 c. chia seeds
- 1 t. vanilla
- Dash of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Combine all of the ingredients in one bowl and mix well.
- Transfer to a greased or lined 13 x 9-inch baking dish and firmly press into pan. I used parchment paper to press & avoid sticky hands.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes.
- Let cool completely before cutting into 16 squares.
