In celebration of National Ice Cream Month, I decided to try the delicious food science experiment of making homemade ice cream in a plastic bag! Not only is this recipe crazy fun and simple, it brings homemade ice cream into your hand in less than 10 minutes! Play around with other ice cream flavors while keeping the ice cream base of 1 cup half and half, 2 T. sugar, and 1 t. vanilla. I chose mint chocolate chip because it happens to be my personal fave flava!
