Got Good Gut Health? is an 8-week interactive, virtual group education program designed to arm clients who suffer from an array of gut health issues with science-based, personalized gut health support.

The “Got Good Gut Health” Program Includes:

  • 8 virtual, interactive sessions held weekly for 1 hour (12-1 pm CST) 
  • LIVE interactions! Get your personal questions answered by our MD, RD and other members in your group
  • Access to all 8 class recordings with corresponding handouts/resources

“Got Good Gut Health”  Discussion Topics

You will have access to a gasteroenterologist, registered dietitian, and your peers. We’ll cover popular topics, but come prepared to ask your questions and let us know what YOU want to know.
