Nothing against ice cream, but this double-chocolate nice cream is kind of out-of-this world. For three reasons:

  1. It has only 4 ingredients.
  2. It takes 5 minutes to make
  3. It’s fruit based – but so super creamy, you’d swear it contained cream.

We’ve had a ton of neighborhood kiddos playing in our backyard. It’s hard to keep enough ice cream and popsicles on hand to keep them cool and happy. While nothing could ever take ice cream’s place, nice cream recipes are pretty darn close. Plus, it’s a great way to get some fruit into their day. They haven’t turned my double-chocolate nice cream down yet!
Just make sure you have frozen bananas on hand at all times…and in minutes, you’ll be the nicest mom on the block!
