Dear friend, seeking weight loss,

The weight-loss world is a frustrating one, right? It is filled with people and products promising that they have THE solution to your unique weight-loss struggles. However, did you know that one of the HIGHEST predictors of weight GAIN is going on a restrictive diet? Despite acknowledging the horrible track record of restrictive diets, I bet you are also seeking more than just weight loss. Deep down, you don’t want to scrutinize every morsel of food you put in your mouth. You don’t want finding the healthiest version of you to be so HARD, RESTRICTIVE, and take so much WORK. I hear you, and I want this for you, too.

Based on 16 years of my experience in weight management, I have had the opportunity to learn from thousands of inspiring clients. The Sustain Weight Loss Program was born from my clients’ stories and successes. While the title of the program includes “weight loss,” it is a program that offers much more.  Over 12 weeks, you will assess and cultivate habits/routines that make becoming the healthiest version of you EASIER. Wouldn’t it be nice for your healthy habits to run on automatic pilot mode? I don’t believe that depending on energy-draining willpower is necessary to make healthy choices for your body and mind.

The Sustain Weight Loss Program starts on Tuesday, October 4th, and will run from 12-1 PM CST every Tuesday for 12 weeks. With its interactive platform, you can learn and engage from the comfort of your home or workplace. If you miss a live session, you can still view the recording when you have time.

What to expect from The Sustain Weight Loss Program:

1. NO rapid weight loss

If you are looking to shed 50 pounds in 12 weeks, this program is not for you. However, if you want to lose weight at a sustainable rate ensuring that weight loss stays away, you have found the right place. The goal is to transform you and your habits, not just your weight.

2. Assessment of lifestyle habits

We are going to talk a lot about food, but we are also going to talk about sleep, stress and your social life. The chances of long-term weight loss are greater when we take a complete look at your life, not just your food.

3. The Sustain Food Plan

You have unique needs, and there is no “one-size-fits-all” eating plan for you. However, we will talk about the most recent and well-supported evidence for what has worked for those who have maintained weight loss for years.  Your eating plan will optimize energy, help you achieve a healthier body weight and minimize the risk for inflammatory-related conditions like heart and Alzheimer’s disease.

4. Personalized support

Online learning is a wonderful vehicle to bring like-minded people together to interact and engage, but it also helps to have individual support. This program offers one-on-one coaching from our Registered Dietitians.

5. Long-term follow-up

Once you graduate from the program, your transformation does not stop. You have the opportunity for ongoing interaction with our Dietitians and others in your Sustain program through a private Facebook group.

The nitty gritty details:
  • 12, online live classes using the platform “” every Tuesday at noon
    • If you miss a class, you will have access to video + audio recordings for life
  • Supportive materials complementing each week’s topic sent to by email
  • 4, 30-minute email/phone private consults with your Registered Dietitian
